At some point in midlife, many women find themselves feeling emotionally stretched—coping with shifts in their bodies, changes in their relationships, and a growing sense that something no longer feels quite right. Whether you’re struggling with the emotional impact of menopause, facing relationship stress, or feeling lost in a life that once made sense, counselling can help you find your footing again.

I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist, menopause wellness practitioner, and ADHD coach. I also draw on techniques from hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to offer a flexible, compassionate approach that supports you emotionally, mentally, and physically. You don’t have to fit into a box here—our work together will reflect your needs, your pace, and your story.

I work exclusively online with women in midlife who are experiencing:

  • Menopause and perimenopause – mood changes, identity shifts, brain fog, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling not like yourself anymore.
  • Relationship challenges – including emotional disconnection, frequent arguments, infidelity, or the quiet sadness of growing apart.
  • Stress, anxiety, and emotional overload – especially for those juggling multiple demands, past trauma, or ADHD-related difficulties.

Counselling offers space to pause and reflect. It helps you reconnect with yourself beneath the stress, roles, and routines.

I offer evening and weekend appointments to fit around your life. All sessions are held online, giving you easy access to personalised, confidential support wherever you are.
